For an exchange, we recommend contacting us by e-mail or telephone. Unfortunately, it can always happen that something does not go optimally. In this case, we ask you to simply contact us, as an accommodating solution is usually always found.
We are specialized in wholesale and mail orders and do not have a shop or showroom. However, fragile (aquariums, scratching furniture) or perishable (frozen food, live food) goods can also be collected by prior arrangement. If you are a merchant collecting fish, it is possible to place an order beforehand and collect the goods with your livestock.
